BancFirst, KICM, OGE Energy Corp. and Ardmore Beautification Council sponsor the event. Last year over 4,000 people attended the Expo. The event will be heavily promoted in all local media. You can participate by: Providing an Earth-friendly display of products and materials. Providing Earth-friendly products and materials for sale. Exhibitors selling items are responsible for collecting and paying their own sales tax. Fill in Tax ID # information if applicable (on inside of this form). Organizing and manning a hands-on craft booth for children where they make crafts related to Earth Day. Craft booths must provide their own supplies. Accepted craft booth organizers will be reimbursed up to $50.00 for materials (receipts required) – contact ABC – 223-2230. Providing entertainment, either youth or adult, since frequent performances are an important part of the event. Develop a 20-minute program guaranteed to entertain. Songs, music or dance, etc. do not have to be related to Earth Day. The emcee will provide the sound equipment. Accepting recyclables at the Expo i.e. newspapers, aluminum, clothing, etc. All exhibitors MUST fill out contract/exhibitor information. There are NO exhibit fee charges. The Earth 1st Expo will be: Saturday - April 19 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. BancFirst Plaza 310 W. Main – Ardmore, OK EXHIBIT SPECS *Exhibit area is approximately 10’ by 12’, with 1-8’ skirted table, and 2 chairs per vendor (additional tables and/or chairs vendor responsibility). So we could continue NOT charging exhibit fees, we have had to limit the number of tables & chairs per vendor. Additional exhibit space available on a first request basis, depending upon availability. One 8½” X 11” exhibitor sign will be provided. Exhibitors will provide their own heavy-duty electrical extension cord if needed and they will provide their own sun covers if desired. HOW Reserve your space by filling out the contract/exhibitor information online or printing the form and returning it to ABC. A limited number of exhibit spaces are available on a first-come basis. Please return contract/exhibitor form to the ABC by April 1.
